When a client books through your link, three things happen at once: they get a confirmation text, you get a notification, and the appointment shows up in your dashboard.
Where to find it
Open Appointments from the sidebar. New bookings appear at the top under today or whichever day they're scheduled for. The dashboard home also shows today's schedule and recent activity.
Approve, reschedule, or cancel
Click any appointment to open it. From there you can approve it (for ones still awaiting payment), reschedule it, or cancel it. If you cancel, the client gets a text letting them know.
Add one yourself
For walk-ins, returning regulars, or anyone who texts you to book — hit Add appointment from the Appointments page. You pick the client, the service, the time, and how they're paying.
