Refund a payment

Full or partial refunds, right from the dashboard.

If you need to refund a client — for a cancelled service, a complaint, or any reason — you can do it directly in Payments without leaving Callisto.

Refund a card payment

  1. Open Payments from the sidebar
  2. Find the payment in the list
  3. Click the row to open it
  4. Hit Refund — you can choose full or partial

When does the money go back?

Cards: 5-10 business days back on the client's card. The exact timing depends on their bank.

What about Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo?

Those aren't handled through Callisto — you'll need to send the refund inside the Cash App, PayPal, or Venmo app yourself. Once you've sent it, you can mark the payment as refunded in Callisto for your records.
