Most texts go through fine, but every so often one doesn't land. Here's what to check.
First, check the message log
Open Clients, search for the person, and scroll to the message log on their profile. Each text has a status: Delivered, Failed, or Pending.
Delivered
It went through. If the client says they didn't get it, ask them to check their spam or message-filtering folder — some phones automatically hide texts from numbers not in their contacts.
Failed
Usually means the phone number is invalid or the client opted out by replying STOP. Double-check the number under their profile and re-enter if needed.
Pending
Still going through. If it's been pending for more than ten minutes, email [email protected] and we'll look into it.
