Tags are labels you put on clients yourself. Segments are groups Callisto figures out for you. Both help you find people fast.
Tags (you control)
Open any client's profile and click Add tag. Type whatever's useful — VIP, late, friend, referral, blowout, color treatment. Make up tags that fit how you think about clients.
Segments (automatic)
From the Clients page sidebar, you can filter to:
- Top spenders — your biggest customers by total spent
- Frequent — clients with 3 or more visits in the last 90 days
- Haven't visited (90+ days) — clients who used to come and now don't
How to use them
Sending a win-back message? Filter to Haven't visited and send to just that group. Running a referral promo? Tag your most likely advocates and send to them.
