Edit the wording of your messages

Personalize the auto-texts with your tone — plus the placeholders you can drop in.

Default wording is fine for most owners, but rewriting them in your voice helps clients feel like they're hearing from you. Here's how.

Edit a message

Sidebar → Marketing. Click any auto-message row. You'll get a textarea with the current wording. Change anything you want.

Placeholders

Things like the client's name, the appointment time, and your booking link fill in automatically when each message goes out. Drop them in with the chips below the textarea, or type them by hand.

  • {first_name} — the client's first name
  • {service} — the service they booked
  • {date} — the appointment date
  • {time} — the appointment time
  • {provider} — your business name
  • {booking_link} — your booking page URL
