Your client list is yours. You can pull it out of Callisto whenever you want — for a backup, for tax records, or if you're moving to a different tool.
How to export
Settings → Account → Download a file. The export includes your clients, your appointments, your services, and your settings — everything we have on file.
What's in the file
- Client name, phone, email, notes, tags
- Appointment history with dates, services, and amounts
- Your services list with prices and durations
- Your settings (business info, hours, scheduling rules)
